Unrelated personnel such as package delivery and food delivery are not allowed to enter the clinic
With approval from the Shanghai government health bureau, UP Clinic has now resumed normal operations. We are accepting appointments and providing all normal clinical services.
Announcements:
1.Please wear a face mask at all times when you enter UP Clinic facilities.
2.Please cooperate with our staff to have your body temperature taken and work with our clinical staff on the question screening for your recent health status.
3.If you have symptoms of fever and dry cough, please go to the fever clinic of official designated medical facilities immediately.

UP Clinic is completing strict daily disinfectant measures, higher than the medical institution disinfection epidemic prevention standard, to ensure the safety and health of our patients and employees.
措施1：提前预约，提前排查
所有人员进入门诊筛查流程：
1、门诊根据预约，提前24小时前台电话询问，详细了解来门诊人员的体温情况及是否有新型冠状病毒接触史。
2、前台预检给每位来门诊人员测体温、手消毒、登记。
Measure 1: Appointments and Pre-Screening
Procedures for all personnel to enter UP Clinic.
1.According to his appointment, call patients 24 hours in advance, understand patients’ recent medical history, current temperature and any risk of exposure to the coronavirus.
2.Upon arrival into the clinic all patients must undergo a temperature check, hand disinfection and name registration.

1、制定高于行业对于医疗机构的消毒规范和标准，并下发推动优复所有门诊贯彻执行。
